Your email, handled with care.
This notice covers the Incolia website and waitlist. The short version: we keep only what we need to write to you about early access, we don't sell or share it, and you can have it removed anytime.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address,
- which form you used (for example, the top or bottom of the homepage),
- when you signed up, when we sent your confirmation email, and when you confirmed, and
- a one-way hash of your confirmation link, which is cleared once the link is used.
We don't store your IP address or browser details with your signup, and the site doesn't set its own cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we collect it
To confirm your address belongs to you and to write to you about Incolia's early access and pilot. We won't add you to unrelated marketing, and we don't sell, rent, or share your email.
Who processes it
The site, the waitlist database, and our email sending run on Cloudflare. To keep bots out, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. Its use of that data is described inCloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed signups can't be used after their link expires (7 days), and we may delete them. Confirmed signups are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist ends.
Removal and questions
Email privacy@incolia.com from the address you signed up with and we'll remove it. For anything else, write tohello@incolia.com.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above.
